Our clinic is authorized by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health to provide remote healthcare services.
All of our online consultations are conducted through a secure, licensed, and regulation-compliant digital infrastructure approved by the Ministry of Health. In this way, we deliver high-standard healthcare services to our patients, prioritizing privacy and patient safety.
How does the Online Healthcare Service process work?
When you request an online consultation, I will send you a list of required tests. With your permission, I will review your recent blood tests and imaging results via the e-Nabız system and make any necessary revisions. We will also evaluate the healthcare institutions and laboratories where you will have your tests performed.
Once your test results are ready, your appointment will be scheduled. You will receive an informational message and a consent form on your mobile phone via the platform we will use for the consultation. Please make sure to read and approve the consent form carefully. Obtaining this consent form is mandatory under Ministry of Health regulations.
After the consultation, I will send you the treatment plan via message/email. The follow-up process will be the same as for patients I see in person, and you will not experience any disruption in your care.
Important Considerations
It should be noted that certain examinations and diagnostic procedures cannot be performed during remote healthcare services.
To ensure that our online consultation starts smoothly, you must complete the payment at least 30 minutes in advance by transferring the fee to the IBAN specified at the bottom of the consent form. Due to previous inconveniences, prepayment is mandatory for online consultations. Details regarding refunds in case of disruptions or cancellations are clearly stated in the consent form. Please make sure to read all terms carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
